If you are dissatisfied with your unopened item and wish to return it, you must pay a restocking fee of 25% of the cost of the item plus all shipping charges.
If the item is damaged in shipping, please contact us for filing a claim with UPS. A call tag will be sent out to pick up the damaged item. It will be replaced if we have another one in stock. If the item is not available, you will be credited for a full refund.
